“I truly stopped worrying about it. I stopped overanalyzing, overthinking, overdoing anything,” she told CBS This Morning about her weight loss.
“I kinda went back to when I was pregnant, and I just stopped constantly being worried about it…I think there’s something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that bizarrely has worked,” the actress added.
Whatever Melissa is doing, it’s clearly working!

The mom to Vivian, 8, and Georgette, 6, had plenty of support during her movie premiere. Her hubby Ben Falcone, who wrote, directed, and starred alongside Melissa in the new flick, posed for pics with his gorgeous wife.

Kristen Bell, who plays Claire in the movie, also attended with her husband Dax Shepard.
And even Melissa’s Gilmore Girls co-star Yanic Truesdale made an appearance, giving fans a little early 2000s reunion!
