Head of Spokane detox center arrested again – The Bellingham Herald

The head of Spokane Treatment and Recovery Services took voluntary leave after he was arrested in Montana for being drunk and unruly at a hotel.

The Spokesman-Review reports (http://bit.ly/1LPSsLF ) that Jon Schlenske’s arrest was the second in six months and it could put his February plea deal in jeopardy.

Police in Great Falls arrested Schlenske at 3 a.m. on March 19 after a hotel clerk said he made threats against him.

Police found alcohol and his disabled 2-year-old son in the room. He was arrested on child endangerment, assault and disorderly conduct charges.

A February plea deal on a misdemeanor assault charge required him to stay out of trouble for two years. Schlenske was accused of grabbing a woman outside a Liberty Lake bar. Police said he was drunk.
