Rob Kardashian’s weight loss photos are amazing! Rob told TMZ he lost 40 to 50 pounds. But it’s not about how he looks anymore. He wants to be healthy for his wedding to Blac Chyna.
Nevertheless, Rob does want to lose more weight. He took to Instagram earlier this moth and wrote, “Looking from where I started 298lbs to my current weight now 248.4lbs I’m focused and determined to reach my goal weight of 200-205lbs … Happy I found my motivation.”

That motivation? Blac Chyna. Rob had become very reclusive in recent years because he was dealing with his depression, 100-pound weight gain, and Diabetes diagnosis. But ever since he started dating Blac Chyna in January he’s a lot more confident. She helped him plan a diet and fitness regimen, and they’ve been working on losing weight together.
Blac Chyna has said that she and Rob were going to train daily over the next five weeks to help him reach his goal weight. She also restocked Rob’s pantry with healthy foods.

Thanks to Blac Chyna, Rob is on a low-carb, no-red-meat diet, and works out five days a week. He also worked with Blac Chyna’s trainer Chris Jinna. “She just asked for some type of tips for Rob, to get him a meal plan. So I created a plan for them and sent it over,” he told Us in January. “They both have the same goals – they just want to basically get in shape, kind of shred a little bit, just have a healthier life, live a healthier lifestyle.”
