Caroline Flack’s Detox Holiday Has Totally Transformed Her – LOOK

Caroline Flack has had a ‘life-changing’ few weeks – and she’s looking pretty blimmin’ fantastic for it.

The 36-year-old had a pretty rocky time in March after it was announced that she would no longer be presenting The X Factor. But it seems like the gorgeous host has turned a corner after a taking some time out for a detox trip to Ibiza.

Caroline has spent 11 weeks on the island in a bid to find her inner zen, and we’d say it’s worked, because she’s looking happier (and fitter) than ever.

The TV star has been sharing tonnes of photos of her healthy holiday, showing her bending into a variety of yoga poses (whilst working Beyonce’s new Ivy Park collection, dontcha know), and flaunting her gorgeously healthy glow.

But it is the brunette beauty’s Instagram captions that really show how far the star has come, because by the sounds of it, she’s in a seriously happy place. 

‘I’ve had a bit of a life changing 11 weeks …. Changed alot about my thoughts and my body … And truly reached a lovely place … Now in my final week and I never want it to change @thebodycampibiza @roarfitnessgirl @fiercegraceyoga @shantiliving’, she captioned an image of herself striking a prayer pose by the pool.

Not only that, but all of that yoga has transformed Caroline into a total fitty – in every sense of the word. Just look at those toned, tanned pins!

Flack might also be in a happier place due to rumours that she’s landed a new gig – whispers have been claiming that the star could be heading Down Under to present ITV2’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now following Laura Whitmore’s departure.

Or could she have a budding music career on her hands? A video was posted on her Instagram account that showed Cazza performing a beautiful acoustic rendition of Justin Bieber’s Love Yourself, and we were shocked to hear how amazing her voice was… Why on earth has she been keeping those vocal chords under wraps?!

Whatever 2016 has in store for her, we’re delighted to see Flack looking so enlightened.
