“A store like this helps you make a connection along with your food. You eat good, healthy food that your body knows what to do with. It’s nutrient-dense. It’s organic, It’s natural and that in turn gives you natural energy,” organic food enthusiast Louisa Barbier said.

Valerie Jacobson is a nutritionist at Good Food. She was diagnosed along with a form of breast cancer and doctors told her she would certainly not have actually much time left to live. However, she decided to try changing her eating habits.
