Her tumultuous relationship with former flame Jeremy McConnell has made countless headlines over the past few months.
And it seems the drama is taking its toll on Stephanie Davis’ well-being as the former Hollyoaks star admitted to unpurposefully shedding the pounds as she shared a picture of her nearly naked body on social media on Wednesday.
The steamy snap saw the 23-year-old star pose in nothing but a pair of tiny knickers as she takes a picture of the side view of her body.

‘Only good thing that comes from heartache is weight loss and a flat stomach. Never realised I’ve lost this much though time to eat some burgers asap,’ she captioned the shot.
It appeared the reality star had a change of heart after sharing the image however as she deleted the snap just a short while after sharing.
The post comes after it was revealed that Stephanie has split with her on/off boyfriend for the fifth time.

But apparently regretting his actions, and missing his ex, Jeremy tweeted a simple declaration of his feelings.
‘@Stephdavis77 love you baby xx,’ the Beauty School Cop Out star wrote.
Although the Irish model was quick to delete the tweet, avid fans of his and Steph were quick to screen grab the message.

However Jeremy may have had a change of heart over his very public approach due to the sensitive nature of the day, as Stephanie later revealed it was grandmother’s first birthday without her late grandfather.
Taking to social media the actress – who was sacked from Hollyoaks last summer – the actress revealed her heartbreak at the loss of her beloved grandfather in October.
Sharing a series of tweets with her 379,000 followers, Stephanie declared she was ‘heartbroken’ at the family’s loss – seven months on from his death.
Posting a picture of herself with her grandmother, she wrote: ‘Hard day, sure he’s watching over us having a pint with his brothers. My best friend! Love you miss u gangan xx (sic).’

She followed that tweet by revealing that she had hoped her grandfather would one day walk her down the aisle, before writing: ‘Wish he was here now.
‘Miss you so so so much what I’d give for one more day with you I thought u would never leave xxx (sic).’
Stephanie then posted another message on her Instagram account, which appeared to be aimed squarely at Jeremy.
In a long missive beneath a collage of pictures, she wrote: ‘I’ve asked my self were I went wrong and what he would say, wow wheat Id do with one more conversation (sic).’
And it seems since the split last week Stephanie has been doing a lot of soul-searching, as she tearfully confessed on Irish radio station Spin FM to giving up ‘everything for love’.

Breaking down during the chat, her first since the split, she explained: ‘I gave up everything for love really, just to be heartbroken.’
Revealing she had been house-hunting with her beau just a week before her split, she explained her plans to move to Ireland to be with the star had caused rifts within her family as she surmised: ‘I didn’t have anyone.’
She added that she has been living out of a suitcase for the past few months to ‘follow’ Jeremy around on various club nights but insisted she harboured no bad feelings towards him.
‘It’s destroying… it’s nothing to blame Jeremy for,’ she reasoned as she explained his lack of celebrity status had not prepared him for life in the limelight.
Stephanie did not answer when asked whether she believed Jeremy had cheated on her with the many women who claimed to have enjoyed dalliances with the star, but admitted: ‘I had the wool pulled over my eyes.’

But she insisted that ‘as the only person who understands him’ he made the comments for ‘love’.
She explained: ‘It’s out of love, I know he’s doing it to try and hurt me.He’s done that to try and get a reaction out of me when it’s too late.’
Vicky also spoke out about the pair’s latest relationship woes as she told The Mirror: ‘It is a horrible situation but nothing to do with me. Ridiculous.’

Breaking down in tears, she said: ‘I love him to bits but he knows he’s got his own issues to sort out, obviously losing his mum, his sister and his brother he thinks everyone’s going to leave him.’
Stephanie revealed she was taking her new time as a single woman to focus on herself and her career, as she admitted she’s already been offered a film and the chance to work with Jessie J’s manager on her music.
‘I’m trying to get me back, just who I was cause I think I invested so much time and energy into someone else,’ she explained.
